Poster Submission Guidelines
- No payment is required for initial abstract submission.
- Only authors of selected abstracts will be notified to proceed with registration and payment.
- Submissions must be completed online via the official competition portal:
- Open to students, young researchers, and innovators globally.
- Submission can be individual or as a team (maximum 3 members per team).
- A participant can be part of multiple teams, but each person may submit only one abstract as a presenting author.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Word limit: Maximum 300 words (excluding title and author details).
- Include: Title, Author Name(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract Text, and Keywords (3–5).
- Clearly state the objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion of your research.
- The abstract must represent original and unpublished work.
- File format: .docx or .pdf.

The abstract submission deadline is 22 Nov 2025 . Submissions received after this date will not be considered.
Absolutely! Attending as an audience member is a great way to learn from others’ research and prepare for future participation.
All participants, including attendees and presenters, will get their certificates after the conclusion of the Competition .
