Abstract Submission Guidelines

For Poster Presentations
  • No payment is required for initial abstract submission.
  • Only authors of selected abstracts will be notified to proceed with registration and payment.
  • Submissions must be completed online via the official competition portal
  • Open to students, young researchers, and innovators globally.
  • Submission can be individual or as a team (maximum 3 members per team).
  • A participant can be part of multiple teams, but each person may submit only one abstract as a presenting author.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Clearly state the objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion of your research.
  • The abstract must represent original and unpublished work.
  • Abstract Length: Maximum 300 words.

  • Author Limit: Maximum 3 authors per poster.

  • Structured Format:

    • Introduction

    • Objective

    • Methods

    • Results

    • Conclusion

  • Word Limit: 300 words

  • Keywords: 5–6 words

  • Language: Clear, concise English with correct grammar and spelling.

  • Originality:

    • Abstracts must be original.

    • Must not have been published or presented at any previous conference, meeting, or competition.

    • Plagiarism will lead to direct disqualification.

  • Poster Title:

    • Must be clear, concise, and reflective of the content.

    • Avoid abbreviations unless widely recognized.

    • Author(s) & Affiliation(s): Full names, institutional affiliation(s), and corresponding email address.
  • Formatting Requirements:

    • File Type: .docx or .pdf

    • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt

    • Spacing: Single line spacing

    • Alignment: Justified

    • Paper Size: A4, 1-inch margins all sides

  • Presentation: Authors must attend poster sessions to discuss their work.

  • Awards: Best Poster Award(s) will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.
